We offer a one-time replacement of the memory card included with the GameStick, subject to the following conditions:

The memory card replacement is valid only for defective or non-functional memory cards.

The replacement request must be made within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase.

3.2 Replacement Process

To claim the replacement, customers must:

Send the defective memory card back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.

Provide a proper unboxing video as proof of purchase and product condition.

3.3 Unboxing Video Requirements

The unboxing video must:

Be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts or edits.

Show the entire unboxing process, starting from the sealed package to the short usage of the product.

Clearly display the serial number or any identifying marks on the product.

Be submitted to our customer support team via the designated channel (e.g., email or upload link) within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.4 Replacement Warranty Period

The replacement warranty for the memory card is valid for 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase.

After the warranty period expires, no replacements will be provided.

4. Shipping and Return of Defective Memory Card

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective memory card to us.

The replacement memory card will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.

5. General Warranty and Limitations

The one-time memory card replacement policy is separate

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Natural wear and tear.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds or returns are only applicable as per our Return Policy, which can be found on our website.

The one-time memory card replacement does not qualify for a refund or return of the entire product.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the unboxing video is clear, complete, and submitted within the specified timeframe.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details for the return of the defective memory card.

Failure to comply with the terms of the replacement policy will result in the denial of the replacement request.
