To claim any replacement for defective products, you must provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows:

The unboxing process, including the condition of the product upon arrival & Switch on the product without any cut even it leads to using charger or anything the product must switch on in same video
Any defects or issues with the product.
Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment made for order confirmation is non-refundable.
